How to Lose Fat in Thighs
Fat thighs could be serious problem for some women, because, for them, people will think they are not pretty. Sometimes, we also see some men have big and fat thighs. Fat thighs can be caused by genetic factor and lifestyle. If you have someone that has fat thighs in your family, that means the cause of your fat thighs is genetic factor. But, if you don't, maybe your fat thighs is because your unhealthy lifestyle, such as eat too much junk food, drink too much coke, etc. Losing fat in thighs is not impossible it's just hard to be reached. You also need to make big sacrifices in what food will you eat everyday.

Here are tips to lose fat in thighs :

1. Cardiovascular Exercises
Cardiovascular exercises, such as cycling, running, swimming, etc, are the most effective way to lose fat in your body. Don't do exercises that would make your muscle in your thighs bigger. It would make your thighs look bigger. One thing you have remember that, when you are doing cardiovascular exercises, you are not just losing fat in one area. It loses fat in your entire body.

2. Watch What You Eat
If you are doing cardiovascular exercises, but you still eating unhealthy foods, you are just wasting your time. You have to stop eating unhealthy food, such as junk food, and start eating healthy foods, such as vegetables and fruits. As we know that, unhealthy foods, such as junk food, contain too much fat. It's not just make your thighs fat, but it would make your belly, legs, and all of the part of your body. So, make sure you are eating healthy foods.

3. Drink Much Water
If you'd prefer to drink soft drinks than plain water, you better stop that. Soft drinks are one of the most dangerous drinks. Why? Because it contains too much sugars and calories. It will put you in risk of diabetes and, obviously, will make you fat. Doctors recommended that soft drinks should be drunk rarely or not at all. They recommended you to drink 8 glasses of water each day to keep your body healthy.

4. Have a Breakfast
Don't forget to have breakfast in the morning, because it is very important to satisfy your hunger. If you don't have a breakfast, it will make you hungry and eat more than you have to eat later. If you don't have time to make your breakfast, you can grab easy food, such as half of whole grain bagel with low-fat cream cheese. But, if you have time, you can make something elaborate, such as omelette, etc.
