You've heard that doctor told us to drink plain water at least 8 glasses each day. Why? Because water has a lot of benefit to your health. Water is also cheap and easy to find. Now, a lot of people prefer to drink soft drink than water. People say that when they drink soft drink, it feels really good. Moreover, if you drink it when the weather is hot, it will be better. But, people don't know what are the bad effects from drinking soft drink. Soft drink is one of the dangerous drink. If you drink soft drink too much, it will increase the risk of diabetes. Because, soft drink contains too much sugar. It will also increase the risk of obese. Not only adults who like soft drink, children also like to drink soft drink too. You should drink soft drink one in a day. But, it's better to not drink soft drink an start drinking water.

If you want to look beautiful everyday, the easiest and cheapest way to make it happen is drinking water. Drinking water can help your skin looks bright. Our skin consists of 70% water. If we don't drink as much as our skin needed, our skin will get dry. It also causes the growth of acne.

Maybe you already heard that drinking water can help lose weight. It's true. If you are having a diet program, drinking water might be your solution. Try to drink a glass of water before eat. It will help you to feel full. So, you can't eat too much food. It also help your body releases the fluid in your body through urine.

3. Drinking Water Prevents From Headache
If you got headache, don't get panic. Maybe, it's because your body needs water. According to the study from University of Masstricht, Netherlands, drinking 7 glasses of water in a day can relieve headache. In the study, for those who drink 1.5 liter water in a day, they feel better within 21 hours.So, if you got headache, try to drink water first.

4. Drinking Water Increases Energy
Yawning not only caused if you didn't get enough time to sleep. Maybe it's because you didn't drink enough water. Yawning can also show dehydrate. If you get enough drink, it will increase your energy, so you would not yawn anymore.

Dehydrate can be the reason why you feel so tired and hard to focus on something. 80 percent of our brain consist of water. So, if your brain don't get enough water, it would not work well. Drinking 8 glasses of water in a day can help your brain to get enough oxygen. The more oxygen your brain get, the better your brain will work.
